
About the Role
The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to expand the company’s market presence. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to international business changes and legal compliance requirements. This position requires a high level of initiative, motivation, and an ability to meet and exceed growth targets.
Key Responsbilities
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in both local and international markets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and company revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business deals.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to guide business strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Diploma Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and close business deals.
Ability to adapt to international market changes and ensure legal compliance.
Focused on achieving growth targets and driving business success.
Previous experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment is preferred.
